I just had a look through your gallery; some very nice digital painting in there.
My advice to you is, don't try to be like other artists - just take what you can from them to enhance your own style. Trying to emulate the artists you look up to is likely to end in disappointment; analysing what you like about their work and incorporating it into your own style, less so.
Oh, thanks for that I guess. I'm not emulating other artists, I just enjoy what they have. I have my own set of references and most of them are just the anatomy of a human, really. But I'm curious, where did you get that idea from?
I don't know, maybe I got my wires crossed; I think I saw you commenting on someone's page that you were determined to be as good as them at some point, or something similar.
I could be totally wrong, I pulled another all-nighter again.
OH! Now I see! You must mean the one I commented on Noah Bradley's profile! What I was trying to say to him was that I want to make art that maybe someday, it'll be at the same level as he is in right now. I mean have you seen his art? It's amazing! Also, I think you misinterpreted the zeal emoticon.
